Heather Thode

Heather Thode has extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, currently holding the position of Procurement Director at Louisiana State Civil Service since May 2016. Prior to this role, Heather worked at the Louisiana Office of Technology Services in Business Analytics and E-Rate for a short period in late 2015. Earlier experience includes a role in procurement and strategic sourcing for the State of Louisiana from August 2012 to May 2016, as well as serving as Procurement Manager at Louisiana State Civil Service for part of 2016.
