Erica de la O

Erica De La O is an accomplished artistic director and independent artist with over twenty years of experience in ballet. Currently serving as the Artistic Director of Salt Creek Ballet since July 2021, Erica has also held various roles at Louisville Ballet, including Former Principal Dancer and Artist. An independent artist since June 2002, Erica utilizes expertise in movement analysis and minority studies to foster dialogue aimed at social change and empowerment. Erica holds a Master of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from Hollins University and is pursuing an Executive MBA from the University of Louisville, serving as a testament to a commitment to continuous education in both the arts and business.
