Molly Kays is an experienced arts management professional currently serving as the Children's Program Manager at The Louisville Ballet School since May 2022. Molly has been involved with Louisville Ballet since September 2018, holding roles as Community Engagement Coordinator and Outreach Coordinator. Additionally, Molly works as a Stage Manager at The Galt House Hotel since November 2016 and has been an Administrative Assistant at Acting Against Cancer since May 2016. Previously, Molly was the Event Marketing Manager at Fourth Street Live! from April 2017 to September 2018. Molly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance Arts from Western Kentucky University, obtained in 2012.
