Daryl Foust has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Daryl started their career as a Brand Ambassador at SKICKS, where they represented the company in Louisville. After that, they worked as an Administrative Executive Assistant at the YMCA of Greater Louisville. Daryl then served as a co-host on a sports radio show called "970am The Answer; Ky Women Talk Sports." Simultaneously, they worked as a member of the Video Crew for the Louisville Bats Baseball Club, attending games and filming from different vantage points. Daryl also gained experience as a Board Operator at ESPN Radio. Daryl later joined the YMCA of Greater Louisville again, this time as a Front Desk Receptionist and later as a Data Entry Operator. In 2016, they worked as an Umpire for Babe Ruth Softball at Germantown Baseball Inc. From there, Daryl became a Human Resources Specialist at the YMCA of Greater Louisville, managing employee software and HR documentation. Most recently, they joined the University of Louisville as a Business Operations Specialist.

Daryl Foust completed their high school education at Louisville Male High School from 2005 to 2009, focusing on general education. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management at the University of Louisville, where they studied from 2012 to 2015.
