Emma Becker serves as a Digital Marketing Graduate Assistant for University of Louisville Athletics since February 2023, also contributing as an Equipment Manager and previously as a Digital Marketing Intern. In addition, Emma holds the position of Box Office Assistant with the Louisville Bats and served on the Student Orientation Staff and as an Ambassador Peer Mentor at the University of Louisville from August 2023 to August 2024. Earlier experience includes a role as a Facilities Intern at the University of Louisville from August 2022 to October 2022. Emma Becker is pursuing a Master of Science in Sport Administration, expected to graduate in May 2026, following a Bachelor of Science in Sport Administration obtained in May 2025 from the same institution.

The Louisville Bats Baseball Club started in 1982 and is the Triple-A affiliate of the five-time World Series champion Cincinnati Reds. Its mission is to provide fun and affordable entertainment in a safe and clean environment. Since 2000, the Bats have been located at beautiful Louisville Slugger Field in downtown Louisville.
