Stephanie Knight has over a decade of experience in customer relations and estimation roles within the automotive industry. Currently serving as an Estimator and Representative at Louisville Collision Center since September 2018, Stephanie Knight effectively appraises vehicle damage and interacts with clients to facilitate smooth service experiences. Prior to this, Stephanie Knight held the position of Customer Relations Manager at Oxmoor Toyota from August 2010 to August 2018, where responsibilities included resolving customer issues and managing a Product Specialist team to enhance customers' understanding of vehicle technology, contributing to high Customer Satisfaction Index scores. Stephanie Knight pursued education at Western Kentucky University from 2007 to 2009.
