Jeff Humphrey

Jeff Humphrey is a seasoned sales and management professional with extensive experience in the industrial and retail sectors. Currently serving as the National Sales Director at Louisville Ladder Inc since April 2011, Jeff oversees sales management for all U.S. customers in both retail and industrial channels, including management of National Sales Managers. Previous roles at Louisville Ladder include US Retail Sales Director and National Sales Manager. Prior to this, Jeff held the position of General Manager at Engine Distribution Center, managing P&L responsibilities, and served as Sales/General Manager at Lightbourn Equipment Company. Jeff's career also includes significant tenure at American Honda Motor Company, where roles ranged from Sr. District Sales Manager to National Management Trainee. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from St. Ambrose University.
