Michael Moore

Michael Moore has extensive work experience in environmental compliance and management. Michael began their career in 1991 as a Bioenvironmental Engineering Superintendent/Supervisor in the United States Air Force, where they served until 2002. Michael then joined the Kentucky Division of Water as an Environmental Inspector III, conducting compliance inspections and investigating construction-related issues until 2005. From 2005 to 2016, they worked at the Louisville MSD, starting as an Environmental Compliance Inspector and later progressing to the role of Industrial Programs Manager. In 2016, they briefly served as a Regulatory Administrator before becoming the Operations Director - Support Services in 2021.

Michael Moore has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Michael also holds two Associate's degrees, one in Bioenvironmental Engineering and another in Geodetic Surveying, both from the Community College of the Air Force.
