Troy Smith

Troy Smith serves as the Operations Efficiency & Capital Program Administrator at the Louisville & Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District, a position held since February 2019, where responsibilities include creating and facilitating the organization's recycling program and leading a team of up to 30 during emergencies. Prior to this role, Troy held several positions within the same district, including Operations Supervisor from 1998 to February 2023 and Engineering Inspector II from August 2005 to August 2010. Additionally, Troy began a career in the industry as a Construction Inspector at Gresham, Smith and Partners from January 1998 to August 2005.
