Joseph Dougherty

Joseph Dougherty is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Louisville Paving and Construction, having held the position of CEO since July 2022. Joseph Dougherty graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, completing studies from 1982 to 1986. Prior educational background includes attendance at St. Xavier High School from 1978 to 1982.
