Brett Hayes, MSPT, currently serves as the Vice President of Sports Medicine at UofL Health and is a Board Member for the Louisville Sports Commission. Hayes has extensive experience in sports medicine and rehabilitation, having held various leadership roles including Administrative Director of Sports Medicine at University of Louisville Healthcare and Vice President at Confluent Health. Significant achievements include rebranding outpatient therapy as a profitable business unit at Missouri Orthopaedic Institute and founding a successful private practice, Gridiron Rehab and Athletic Fitness. Hayes also has a strong background in operational management, having held roles such as Director of Rehabilitation at St. Luke’s Idaho Elks Rehabilitation Services and Clinic Director at Marran Physical Therapy, where the latter involved serving NFL athletes. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Pacific University.
