Lisa Thompson

Lisa Thompson is the current Chief Impact Officer at Louisville Urban League. Lisa has over 25 years of experience in the housing and development industry. Prior to their current position, Lisa served as the Assistant Agency Director at New Directions Housing Corporation from 1999 to 2010. Lisa was also the Development Director at Keystone Restorations from 2016 to 2017. In addition, Lisa has held positions as EVP/Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer at New Directions Housing Corporation from 2011 to 2015.

Lisa Thompson received their Bachelor of Arts from the University of Louisville.
