Carlos Felix currently serves as the Director of Information Systems at Louisville Water Company, overseeing strategic priorities and daily operations to ensure customer access to high-quality water. Previously, Carlos was the Director of Information Technology for the Kentucky Auditor of Public Accounts, leading initiatives in digital transformation and IT governance. Carlos has also held various roles within the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Office of Technology, contributing to significant projects including the successful implementation of the Affordable Care Act’s Health Benefits Exchange. Carlos began their career in technology-related positions, gaining experience in network management, system administration, and budget oversight. Carlos holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Kentucky State University.
