Carolyn E Lyons C.P.M. has extensive experience in procurement, currently serving as Procurement Manager at Louisville Water Company since June 2006, with a promotion to Procurement Supervisor in January 2013. Carolyn has been a member of the Purchasing Management Association of Louisville since 1986. Previous roles include Assistant Purchasing Manager at Presbyterian Church (USA), Senior Buyer and Purchasing Supervisor at Great Financial Bank, and Assistant Vice President - Buyer at Bank One of Kentucky. Carolyn received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Louisville between 2004 and 2008.
