Tom Luckett, PhD, is an accomplished technology and business leader with extensive experience in information systems and organizational development. As Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Louisville Water Company since December 2013, Tom Luckett oversees IT strategy and governance. Previously, Tom served as Vice President and Information Systems Manager at Hilliard Lyons, where responsibilities included managing application software for a large financial services firm. Tom's career also includes leadership roles in academia as Dean of the College of Information and Computer Technology at Sullivan University and significant experience at Dana Corporation as Director of Enterprise Business Processes and Applications, where Tom managed global development and support for business applications. Tom Luckett holds a PhD in Leadership and Organizational Change, an MBA, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
