Mohamed Abdelmagid

Mohamed Abdelmagid has a diverse work experience. Mohamed started working at Sequel Business Solutions Ltd in 2017 as an Intern Analyst for three months. In 2019, they worked at Ethi as a Full Stack Developer for four months. In 2020, Mohamed joined UVRobots as a Software Engineering Lead and later transitioned to the role of a Software Engineer - Robotics. Mohamed worked on developing autonomous UVC disinfecting robots using ROS Development in Python, LIDAR/Computer Vision for object detection/avoidance and human detection, and SLAM and Machine Learning for autonomous operation. In 2021, Mohamed worked at ComplyAdvantage as a Software Engineer for four months before joining Lounge in the same role.

Mohamed Abdelmagid attended Latymer Upper School from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued A Levels. Following this, they enrolled in Imperial College London from 2015 to 2019 to study Electronic and Information Engineering.
