Lauren Béguet Garcia has worked in the hospitality industry since 2017. Lauren began their career as a Stagiaire commis chef de rang at The Peninsula Paris in 2017. In 2018, they worked as an Internship waitress at Maman NYC. In 2019, they held two roles, Assistante Commerciale & Marketing and Guest Relations Agent at FAUCHON L'HOTEL PARIS, as well as Guest relations at Pullman Barcelona Skipper at Pullman Hotels & Resorts. In 2021, they worked as a Concierge at Ici et La Real Estate. Currently, they are working as a Sales Executive at Hotel Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Mediterranee, as well as a Responsable développement commercial at LoungeUp.

Lauren Béguet Garcia completed their Bachelor of F&B and Hospitality Management at FERRANDI Paris from 2016 to 2019. Lauren then went on to complete a CAP Patisserie Post Bac at the same school in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they earned their Baccalauréat Economique et Social from Ermont 95 in 2012-2015. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science Hospitality Management X Ecole de Commerce ESCP Paris (double diplôme).
