Sandy Clavette

As Director of Human Resources for Loureiro, Sandy Clavette is responsible for the management and coordination of administrative services and procedures and Human Resources for Loureiro. She oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of our internal and external clients and is responsible for onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development and compliance. She also provides support in training and development, recruiting, and health and safety. Her relative experience includes performance management, designed and managed Affirmative Action Plans, Payroll, and HRIS implementation and management.
