Neal Carrera

Neal Carrera is an experienced engineer currently serving as a PV Engineer at Louth Callan Renewables since September 2021. Prior to this role, Neal worked as a Design and Project Engineer at Invaleon Technologies Corporation and gained manufacturing experience as an Engineering Intern at Sugar Bowl Bakery, focusing on ergonomic evaluations and production methods. Neal also contributed as a Student Assistant at California State University - East Bay's International Office, aiding students with immigration matters, and developed technical skills as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Space Coast FabLab. In leadership roles, Neal enhanced community engagement as Marketing Coordinator for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and improved Chi Phi Fraternity's digital presence as Webmaster. Neal's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from California State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
