Krystel Blondeau

Krystel Blondeau currently serves as the Directeur Général France at Louvre Hotels Group since March 2017, managing a portfolio of 860 hotels across France and contributing to the group’s significant revenue and EBITDA performance. This role includes overseeing a team of 90 at headquarters and 7,000 hotel employees, alongside driving operational growth, overseeing the launch of over 50 properties annually, and managing a media budget of €12 million. Previously, Krystel held the position of General Manager at Fédération Internationale des Logis from August 2006 to March 2017, leading an organization of 2,400 establishments with a €1.5 billion revenue. Earlier career experiences include founding KANEL Conseil, serving as Sales and Marketing Manager at Groupe Louvre Hotels, and working in marketing roles at Groupe Hôtels et Compagnie. Krystel holds a Diplôme de Technologie Approfondie and a DUT in Marketing from IUT de Sceaux.
