Alex Hughes

Alex Hughes is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as People Director at Love Energy Savings since April 2023. Prior experience includes a 15-year tenure at AO, culminating in the role of Group Head of Talent Acquisition, where Alex was responsible for the design and delivery of the group's talent acquisition strategy. Other positions held at AO include Head of People, Employee Experience Manager, and Recruitment Advisor. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire and an Advanced Level Diploma in HRM from Wigan and Leigh College.
