Mahnoor Ali has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Mahnoor is currently working as a Lead HR at Love For Data since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Manager HR at Bikiya Industries Private Limited from September 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they held the same role at Connect Marketing Communication (Pvt.) Limited from October 2019 to September 2020. From January 2018 to October 2019, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TEXT. Mahnoor started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Artistic Fabric & Garment Industries from September 2016 to October 2017. Mahnoor also had an internship experience at State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) from June 2016 to August 2016.
Mahnoor Ali completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in human resource management from ILMA University (formerly IBT) in 2017. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in human resource management from the same institution.

Love for Data is an Executive Data Science and Decision Management Consultancy Firm with an aim to empower executives to make smarter decisions, by equipping them with the resources of artificial intelligence and data science. We are currently, working with clients across several industries including banking, retail, textile, fertilizer, strategic institutions, food and beverages, and more and are the exclusive representatives of UN Big Data Task Force in Pakistan. Our efforts have also been recognized by Harvard University, as “Innovators for data driven decision making in Pakistan”. We also fulfil our corporate social responsibility by giving our services as pro-bono consultants for Akhuwaat and Shaukat Khanum. We work as visiting Faculty Members for Data Analysis at National School of Public Policy, training highest ranked civil and military leaders of Government of Pakistan. Our aim and vision is to setup a firm whose services will prove to be unprecedented in the consultancy industry of Pakistan with a strong emphasis on the quality of work that we produce and the level of efficiency that we employ in doing so.
