Ellen Southall-Garrad

Ellen Southall-Garrad is currently the Head of Product Strategy at loveholidays, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Ellen worked at OC&C Strategy Consultants from January 2018 to December 2023, where roles included Manager and interim Head of Product Development. Ellen specialized in Consumer Goods and Retail, managing over 35 projects focusing on corporate strategy and transaction diligence, leading teams, and collaborating with executive leadership. Ellen also played a crucial role in implementing a knowledge management system and facilitating firm-wide behavioral change. Earlier experience includes positions as a Manager, Consultant, and Associate Consultant at OC&C and a Summer Associate Consultant role in June 2016. In addition, Ellen was a founding board member of the Chiltern Music Academy, representing students and contributing to its establishment. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford, alongside high school education completed at Wycombe High School.
