Lauren Hernandez DeCrane, MBA, is an accomplished marketing professional with a diverse background spanning various roles in academic and private sectors. Currently serving as Marketing Strategist and Brand Marketing Consultant at Indiana University, Lauren co-founded Love & Hope Design and holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer. Previous experience includes a Marketing & Media Consultant role at Indy Creative Core and Communications & Marketing Director at the Indiana University School of Social Work. Lauren's early career includes significant contributions in marketing and communications at the Indiana University School of Medicine and various service-oriented roles in the hospitality and educational sectors. Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Indiana University Indianapolis.
