Surbhee is the Founder of Love, Indus, an opulent skincare and wellness brand that combines ingredients and customs from the Indian subcontinent with New York's technology. Prior to this, Surbhee was also the Founder of Steel & Graffiti Strategy Consulting, where they focused on merging analytics with creativity. Surbhee has also worked as a Principal in the Consumer Digital & Media practice at Booz & Company and held various roles at L'Oreal, Marico Industries Ltd, and Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd.
Surbhee Grover holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing & EMT (Entertainment, Media and Technology) from NYU Stern School of Business. Surbhee also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, with a focus in Business Administration and Management. Surbhee completed their undergraduate studies at St. Stephen's College, Delhi, where they earned a BA degree in Economics. Prior to their higher education, Surbhee attended Delhi Public School - R. In addition to their formal education, Surbhee has obtained certifications in Digital Film Making from the New York Film Academy in May 2007, and in 16 MM film-making from NYU Tisch in July 2004.
