Heather McKenzie has extensive experience in healthcare, customer service, project management, and insurance. Currently serving in multiple capacities at LOVE OAK since July 2015, Heather reimagines the customer journey across various sectors, including pharmacy and health services, while also acting as a licensed insurance agent. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager at EnlivenHealth® and Account Manager at CPESN Networks, where Heather prioritized customer needs and facilitated communication between stakeholders. Heather's experience also includes a significant role as a Special Projects Consultant for Eastland Memorial Hospital, ensuring compliance with the Meaningful Use program and securing substantial funding. With a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a certification in Health Information Technology from The University of Texas at Austin, Heather combines a solid educational foundation with a diverse professional skill set.
