Essien has been the CEO of Exkluse Media since May 2010, leading a visual solutions company specializing in event coverage, music videos, and promotional content. Previous experience includes roles as Youth Mentor and Creative Director at Kensington Temple Church, Community Facilitator for NCS with The Challenge, and Video Team Leader at BANG 103.6 fm. Essien's early career included a position as a Sales Assistant at New Look and voluntary work at Bishop Ramsey CE School. Educational accomplishments include a degree in Digital Film from Ravensbourne and further studies in Creative Media and Art/Design at Westminster Kingsway College.
