Jenni Macleod has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Sales Associate at John Lewis. Jenni then worked as a Marketing & PR Manager at Flor Amazona, where they oversaw marketing projects and managed social media platforms. In 2014, they joined LoveCrafts as a Digital Marketing Associate and later transitioned to roles such as Social Media Manager, Brand Awareness Manager, and Senior Brand & Creative Manager. At LoveCrafts, Jenni was responsible for implementing social media strategies, managing teams, and raising brand awareness. In 2018, they became the Head of Brand & Content, where they focused on connecting like-minded souls and fostering a passion for crafting.

Jenni Macleod completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Chinese (Modern) with a 2:1 honors from the University of Leeds from 2008 to 2012. Jenni'sfield of study during this time was Mandarin Language.
