Rachael Power is the Chief People Officer at LoveCrafts. Prior to LoveCrafts, Rachael was the Head of People at Tolley Coffee & Tea from August 2015 to September 2019. In their role at Tolley, Rachael was responsible for all people-based activity, both strategically and operationally. This included playing an active role in business decision making and governance, setting up the HR function, developing the people agenda, including systems and strategies to enable delivery against business needs, developing and launching company values, and full accountability for hiring processes, resource planning and recruitment. Rachael also introduced a strengths-based hiring approach, internal and external hiring processes, resource forecasting, and monthly inductions. Additionally, they were responsible for planning, designing and delivering and overseeing staff training and development programmes. Rachael also had full accountability for ensuring legal compliance and producing company policies and procedures. Furthermore, they were responsible for setting remuneration and recognition policies and practices, conducting benchmarking and reviews, managing pay modelling and reviews, introducing transparent pay procedures and principles, designing and executing Performance Management process and procedures, introducing an HRIS, ATS, resulting in GDPR compliance, data analytics, improved hiring management and candidate journey, and introducing a new Payroll system. Finally, Rachael was the culture ambassador, responsible for engagement and happiness strategy and initiatives.

Rachael Power has a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management & Business from Aston University. Rachael also has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Aston University. Rachael Power is certified from CIPD, Insights Discovery, REC, and Strengthscope.

Rachael Power works with Heather Bird - Chief Product Officer, Anne Bruggink - Chief Customer Operations Officer, and Paul Gallagher - Head of Growth Marketing. Rachael Power reports to Edward Griffith, Founder & CEO.
