Lena Siede

Previously, Lena held various positions at Gorillas, including Head of People Operations DE, where leadership of a team focused on employee lifecycle administration for approximately 4,000 employees was paramount. Prior roles at Wayfair involved senior talent management responsibilities across Germany and the UK, emphasizing employee relations and HR processes. Lena's career began with diverse roles in guest relations and marketing communications, complemented by a Master of Arts in African Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Studies, Cultural, and Social Anthropology from the University of Münster.
