Natalie Barbara is a seasoned Senior UX/UI Designer with extensive experience in leading digital design projects from concept to delivery, currently working at Lovehoney since October 2021. Previously, Natalie held roles as a Senior Digital Creative at Dyson and Lead Designer at Immediate Media Co, while also working as a freelance designer for notable agencies. With a strong focus on user-centric design methodologies and agile practices, Natalie excels in mentoring designers, presenting to stakeholders, and facilitating collaborative workshops. A graduate of Solent University with a BA (HONS) in Graphic Design, Natalie has built a diverse portfolio working with major brands across various sectors, including technology and finance.
