Yana Yordanova is a seasoned professional in warehousing and logistics with extensive experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager Warehousing at Lovehoney Group since September 2022, Yana previously held roles at WOW Tech Group as Operations Expert and at OUTFITTERY, advancing from Operations Team Member to Operations Manager Outbound & Retouren. Notable responsibilities include optimizing logistics processes, coordinating daily operations, managing external logistics providers, and leading customer service teams. Yana began a career in international trade as an intern at AHK Bulgaria.
