Debbie Meaders has over a decade of experience in education, currently serving as a Language Arts Teacher and Team Leader at Lovejoy ISD since 2011, where involvement includes coaching UIL academic competitions and training in All Kinds of Minds. Previously, Debbie held roles at the First United Methodist Church of Allen from 2007 to 2011, including Assistant Youth Director, responsible for curriculum development, volunteer training, and coordinating youth events, as well as serving as Confirmation Coordinator with responsibilities for leading retreats and Sunday services. Debbie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Texas between 1984 and 1987.
