Stephani Kranz has extensive work experience in the field of education. Stephani began their career in 1996 as a Teacher in Richardson ISD, where they worked until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Teacher at Momentous Institute. In 2009, they joined WestEd as an Educational Research Liaison, and they worked there until 2012. Continuing their career at Lovejoy ISD, they worked as a Teacher from 2012 to 2014. In Lovejoy ISD, they held several leadership positions, including Director of Student Support (from October 2021), Director of Curricular Support and Implementation of Special Programs (from January 2019 to October 2021), Director of Professional Staff Development, Selection, and Recruitment (from May 2016 to January 2019), and K-6 Science Curriculum Coordinator (from July 2014 to May 2016).
