David Chavez

David Chavez is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and clinical analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Charge Integrity at Ardent Health Services since October 2016, David also holds the position of Senior Clinical Analyst at Lovelace CBO, where employment commenced in January 2007. Over a nursing career spanning more than 12 years, David has worked in both staff and supervisory roles. Notable contributions include the development and maintenance of various clinical systems such as the Horizon Emergency Charting and the introduction of the Forerun emergency charting for providers and nurses in Tulsa. David earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from The University of New Mexico and the University of New Mexico School of Nursing between 1992 and 1999.
