Leif Larson

Leif Larson is the CTO at Loveland Innovations. Prior to that, they were with Verisk Insurance Solutions from June 1992 to January 2016, where they were VP IT Operations for Xactware Solutions, Inc.

Larson has over 20 years of experience leading development teams and driving technical architecture. Leif is also experienced in managing infrastructure and operations for “always on" SaaS environments. During their time with Xactware, they were responsible for all SaaS products for the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Xactware’s SaaS products process the vast majority of all residential insurance claims in the US and Canada and are used by 22 of the top 25 insurance companies in the US and 10 of the top 10 in Canada.

Larson’s areas of expertise include capacity management and planning, incident response and problem resolution, establishment and adherence to system and application service level agreements, disaster recovery implementation and testing, IT budgeting and cost management, troubleshooting and resolving issues with complex systems, design and implementation of secure systems, risk assessment and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, effective professional customer interaction including expert technical coordination and presentations.

Leif Larson has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.
