Bill is a medically retired Marine Captain who served 12 1/2 years of honorable service in various Operational billets throughout the world as a CH-53E Super Stallion pilot, and flew during the opening stages of Operation Enduring Freedom in late 2001.

Bill’s private sector experience includes consulting, systems analysis, web design, and networking for various private firms and small businesses.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Kean University and is nearing completion of a dual-degree Master of Business Administration/Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of San Diego.
