Irene Hong Edwards

Irene joined LMP as Principal, Head of Investor Relations in 2017. She came to the firm from Z Capital where, as Managing Director, she was responsible for investor relations and business development for the firm’s private equity and credit strategies. Previously, Irene served as VP of Investor Relations for KPS Capital Partners, and was a member of the placement agent arm of Jefferies & Co. Earlier in her career, she worked at Lexington Partners on the secondaries team evaluating, executing and monitoring investments.

Irene earned her M.B.A from Columbia University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University. She also attended the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
