Stefanie Shelley was named as an Advisor to LMP in 2020, and works with our portfolio companies to leverage her extensive marketing background in financial services / financial technology to drive growth and value creation.

Stefanie was a Board Director and Audit Committee member at Green Bancorp [NASDAQ: GNBC] in Houston, TX for nine years (2010 – 2019). The bank grew assets 10-fold through acquisitions and organic growth, was taken public and then closed a “merger of equals” with Veritex Bank, making it one of the ten largest independent banks in Texas. Stefanie is also a Board Director at Gift of Adoption, a nonprofit that provides grants for the adoption of vulnerable children, and has been an advisor to Betterment. She also works with Techstars accelerators as a Lead Mentor to fintech ventures.

In her most recent position, Stefanie was Global Chief Marketing Officer and Head of PR/Corporate Communications at Broadridge Financial Solutions, a $15B+ global provider of technology, data and analytics solutions as a market leader in their industries. Over seven years at Broadridge, she built a marketing function from the ground up and led a repositioning of the company which doubled revenue from $2B to $4B and more than tripled the stock price from $20 to $70/share.

Earlier, Stefanie was Executive Vice President, Bank Marketing at Capital One; Deposit Product Management & Marketing Executive for Citibank; and at Chase, managed small business marketing for the newly combined Chase and Bank One banks, building a market-leading position in a 17-state footprint.

Stefanie has an M.B.A. in Marketing & Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University.
