Andy Starkings

Andy Starkings has a vast amount of experience in the construction industry, starting as a Quantity Surveyor at Morgan Sindall in 1995 and working their way up to their current role as Commercial Director at Lovell Partnerships Ltd. Andy also held positions at Kier Group and May Gurney, showcasing their expertise in commercial management and quantity surveying. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University and a Higher National Certificate in Construction from Norwich City College.
