Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith has over three decades of experience in the construction industry, with a prominent career at Lovell Partnerships Ltd since 2001, where roles have included Regional Commercial Director and Chief Quantity Surveyor. Prior to Lovell Partnerships Ltd, Kevin Smith served as a Management Quantity Surveyor at Carillion from 1999 to 2001, and at Tarmac Contract Housing from 1985 to 1999, progressing from Trainee to Senior Quantity Surveyor. Kevin Smith holds a degree in RICS Quantity Surveying from the University of Wolverhampton, completed between 1985 and 1989, and was educated at The High Arcal School from 1979 to 1985.
