Erik Muldorff Frellsen

Erik Muldorff Frellsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as Salgsdirektør Proff & Konsepter at Maxbo since January 2020, with overarching PnL responsibility for sales to large B2B clients and involvement in sustainability initiatives. Erik is also a board member at Modul Holding AS and Maxbo Tekniske Tjenester since June 2023. Previously, Erik held leadership roles at Maxbo, including Daglig leder of Maxbo Teknikk and Salgsdirektør for Maxbo Proff, leading specialist divisions in construction services and project development. Additional experience includes business development at Advokatfirmaet Selmer DA and project management at Bang & Olufsen. Erik co-founded recruitment agency YoungAcademics and established INaCUP and Go-Coffee APS, successfully selling both concepts. Erik holds multiple degrees in international business and economics from prestigious institutions including Copenhagen Business School and Harvard University.
