Brittany Caldwell

Brittany Caldwell is an accomplished professional in visual merchandising with a strong background in the fashion industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Visual Merchandising at LoveShackFancy since October 2021, Brittany has previously held various positions such as Director and Senior Manager in the same field. Prior experience includes roles at FRAME and Joie, Current/Elliott and Equipment, where Brittany led visual direction for store openings, conceptualized merchandising strategies, collaborated on brand standards, and managed vendor relationships. An early career included positions at PACSUN, Nike, and Madewell, where Brittany contributed to visual merchandising execution, drove marketing initiatives, and supported fashion editorial projects.
