Ashley Armato

Ashley Armato is an accomplished professional in the field of college counseling and education, currently serving as the Associate Director of College Counseling at The Lovett School since August 2022. Armato also holds the position of Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Association of College Counselors in Independent Schools (ACCIS) since June 2021 and was a member of the Counselor Advisory Board at Dickinson College from January 2020 to November 2023. Prior to these roles, Armato contributed to The Johns Hopkins University Access Advisory Board and held various positions at Palmer Trinity School, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator and Head Cheerleading Coach. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of the Southern Association for College Admission Counseling and working as an Admission Fellow at Amherst College. Armato holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from Amherst College and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University.
