Chuck Melito

Chuck Melito currently holds the position of Assistant Coach for the Women's Basketball program at Emory University since October 2017 and serves as Assistant Coach and Director of Marketing for the Atlanta Show, a semi-professional basketball team since October 2015. In addition to coaching, Chuck Melito has been the US Assistant Principal for Operations at The Lovett School since 1997. Previous coaching roles include Men's Assistant Basketball Coach at Loyola University New Orleans from August 1994 to July 1997, Head Coach for Varsity Boys Basketball and Physical Education Instructor at Metairie Park Country Day School from 1988 to 1997, Head Coach for Varsity Basketball and Physical Education Instructor at the Academy of the Sacred Heart - New Orleans from 1986 to 1988, and Head Coach for Varsity Boys Basketball and Physical Education Instructor at St. Martin's Episcopal School from 1981 to 1986. Chuck Melito earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Tulane University, completing studies from 1977 to 1980.
