Meghan Smith currently serves as the Lead Teacher and Growth Coach at The Lovett School since July 2025. Prior experience includes various roles at Wesleyan School from July 2021 to July 2025, where Meghan held positions such as 4th Grade Chair, Curriculum and Instruction Coordinator for Lower School, 4th Grade Teacher, and Master Teacher. From May 2018 to July 2021, Meghan worked as a 5th Grade Teacher at Fulton County Schools and also contributed to Altisource's Compensation Team in data analytics for a brief period in 2019. Early career experience includes teaching 4th/5th Grade and K/1 at Beaufort County School District. Meghan holds a Master’s degree in Education Policy and Leadership from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Teaching with a focus on History from Roanoke College.
