T'Aira Duncan

T'Aira Duncan, CMP, currently serves as the Head of School Chief of Staff at The Lovett School, a position held since August 2021. Previously, T'Aira Duncan worked for Teach For America from October 2015 to August 2021, where roles included Director of Collective Event Operations and Manager of Collective Operations, managing communication and logistics for events while fostering relationships with various stakeholders. Other notable positions include Educator at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and various roles supporting financial representatives at Northwestern Mutual and VALIC. T'Aira Duncan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Organizational Management from Agnes Scott College and additional certifications in Project Management and Event Planning.
