Carla Crouch-Marcoff has extensive experience in human resources and operations management. From 2010 to present, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Lovett, Inc., overseeing various departments and spearheading strategic planning initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as the Operations & HR Manager at the same company, where they successfully managed staff growth and implemented employee benefit packages. From 2002 to 2009, Carla held the role of Human Resources & Operational Leader at Sepco, where they were responsible for managing HR, operations, and accounting for multiple businesses, including overseeing the integration of several acquisitions.
Carla Crouch-Marcoff has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Capella University, which they obtained between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Warner Pacific College between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, Carla holds a certification in Human Resources Management and Services (SHRM-SCP) from the HR Certification Institute. In January 2021, they became a POPS Founding Member through The People Ops Society.
