Emilio Villanueva III is an accomplished medical professional in the field of pathology, holding the position of Associate Professor 3 and Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Pathology at the University of the Philippines since May 2019. Currently serving as a Medical Consultant at the Philippine General Hospital since September 2020, Emilio also holds various leadership roles, including Training Officer for Clinical Pathology and OIC in critical laboratory divisions. In addition, Emilio works as a Biostatistician for LoveYourself Inc., a Pathologist at The Medical City, and a Section Head in Immunology/Serology at South City Hospital and Medical Center. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Public Health (Biostatistics) from the University of the Philippines, a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Santo Tomas, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the same institution. Previous experience includes leadership positions in several medical laboratories and clinical fellowships in histocompatibility and immunogenetics.

Through awareness, education, counseling, fun social interactions, and activities that weave these elements into a unity, we take delight in spreading our message of the value of self-worth and the critical importance of loving oneself. Love Yourself Inc. (for the Youth & LGBT-MSM) is a community of volunteers that aim to reach out to others to propagate ideas, attitudes, and practices that encourage loving oneself -- to DARE to be oneself, to CARE for oneself, and to SHARE oneself as a way to multiplying joy. Our Mission By embracing and nurturing our self-worth, we inspire others to do the same and create ripples of positive change in the community.
