Joni Kusminsky has over 17 years of work experience in the fields of communications, public affairs, development, and social justice. In 2020, they began their current role as Director of Communications & Public Affairs at Lovin' Spoonfuls. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Director of Communications & Development at Worcester County Food Bank, where they oversaw a talented team of fundraisers and creatives. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Chief Communications Officer at Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Boston, where they were a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and a Big Sister. Joni Kusminsky obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts (Journalism) from Notre Dame of Maryland University. Jonelle (Joni) then went on to earn their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Massachusetts School of Law. Finally, they attended the University of Amsterdam for Humanities studies.
